Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, we offer a straightforward 14-day returns process.


Return Eligibility
You may return items within 90 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
  • Unused and in their original condition
  • In the original packaging, including all tags and labels
  • Cut/fabricated Wovenpanel is not eligible for return
How to Initiate a Return or exchange
Things you will need:
1. Access to a printer to print the return shipping label

2. Your order confirmation email
3. The original packaging of the product.
  1. Locate the order number: 
    On the order confirmation email sent out to you at the time of the purchase, you will see an order number, note this down for the next step.

  2. Open the returns portal:
    To access the returns portal, head over to this link:

  3. Search for your order
    Enter in your order number and postal code for the order.
    Note: These must be accurate as it is how we validate orders.

  4. Follow the prompts.
    A short series of prompts will help you complete your return and print your return shipping label.
  5. Pack Your Return:
    Carefully pack the item in its original packaging.

  6. Ship the Item:
    For New Zealand orders, take the package to the nearest NZ Couriers depot, and we'll take it from there.
    For Australia orders, the same applies but for Aramex
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
